When I met Rafael I had been recovering from several sports injuries that had debilitated my strength, conditioning and confidence in my body. I chose to work with him in one-on-one pilates coaching in the hope of re-training my body in an effort to recover from injury. Not only did I learn many valuable exercises and pilates strengthening techniques but a whole new and refreshing approach to conditioning. He also taught me how to apply pilates based strengthening techniques to my weight training which provided me with new challenges. I found Rafael to be a very supportive, enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable coach. His expertise and guidance has brought me closer to achieving my own training goals of being an injury free athlete.

I wanted to say Thank You for a wonderful workshop on creating wealth with Feng Shui. I found the Workshop to be lots of fun, easy to understand and l gained many ideas for applying Feng Shui principles to the home to enhance and attract wealth and abundance.The notes you gave us all to take home were fantastic and l found you to be professional and so helpful with all my questions relating to my home. And if someone is interested in enhancing and welcoming wealth and abundance into their life, l would say do this workshop - it really does help increase the flow of wealth and abundance in your life! I applied some of the principles such as a water feature, the stove top and de-cluttering and have seen changes in my wealth already in the last month. I am so happy and am now open to this new flow of abundance and wealth in my life.
