Lydia uses the Nutri energetics system to access a full range of information about the location and causes of ill health. Nutrition, herbal medicine and homeopathic remedies are then utilized to stimulate the bodies own natural healing ability to maimtain health and protect against disease.

Nutrition is used for digestive problems, allergies and fatigue with the use of herbs, nutrition and Homoeopathy.

Kinesiology -Kinesiology is a painless, fast, non-invasive system of healing which uses the energy fields of the body in order to effectively alleviate a wide range of health problems. Kinesiology uses muscle biofeedback to identify stress areas, imbalance, or dysfunctional energy systems within the body.
It can help to identify problems, both physical and mental, and emotional stresses which are blocking or sabotaging your personal growth and affecting your wellbeing. Once these areas of stress, pain, or imbalance are identified, muscle testing is used to determine exactly where the healing energy is needed by your body.
By accessing the cause, Kinesiology will clear stresses at a deeper level, and bring about lasting changes your energy and physical being.

Nutri energetic system - is a clinical device for analyzing the Human Body Field. The NES is able to "map" the structure of the Human Body Field and encode this information into computer software. When a client places his or her hand on the input device, the QED field information that makes up the HBF is carried via subatomic particles to the computer, where the NES–Professional then compares the client’s body-field with the map of the optimal human body-field that is encoded in the software. The system identifies any deviations between the client’s field and the optimal HBF. These deviations represent damage, blocks, or distortions in the client’s field.
